Terms and Conditions

1. Booking / Payment

50% downpayment is required upon booking to secure your date and time. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the package price to cover our administration cost when planning your shoot. Payment can be paid via Bank transfer or by Cheque.

2. Copyright

Under law, it is the photographer who will own copyright on any photos he/she has taken or his/her employer.

3. Model’s release form for minors

If you are under 18 years old. Your parents or guardian is required to sign a model’s release form agreement. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.

4. Processing Time

Processing time is from five (5) days to seven (7) days for standard package. Events photography might take longer.
